I ordered from Charmsoff and was surprised by how quickly it arrived. I figured it might take a little longer, but it showed up in just a few days (always a nice surprise). The tracking updated fine too, so I wasn’t left guessing. No complaints here — really happy with how fast everything came.

I actually liked how many different designs Charmsoff has. I went on there just looking for one thing, but ended up browsing way more because the styles weren’t all the same. Some were cute, some were more simple, and it made it easy to find something that felt like me. The only unnecessary part was probably how long I spent looking around, but overall it was a good experience...

The return process took a bit longer than I expected, but the refund did come through in the end. I think other customers would probably feel the same—waiting can be a little frustrating, but at least it was handled properly

I had to reach out to charmsoff.com customer service because I somehow put the wrong address on my order, and I wasn’t totally sure what was going to happen. I was kind of confused about whether they’d be able to change it before shipping, but they did get back to me and fixed it in time, which was a big relief.

I’m giving 4 stars mainly because it took almost a full day to hear back, so I was sitting there checking my email and getting worried. Once they replied though, the person was nice and handled it without making the whole thing more complicated than it needed to be...

I ordered from charmsoff.com and everything showed up just how I picked it out, no mixups, no missing charms. I was a little nervous about the colors, but they look right to me, so I’m happy with it.

It felt cheap right out of the box, and something about it just didn’t seem like it would last. Sure enough, it broke quickly after I started using it.

I wasn’t expecting too much because of the price, but the charms turned out really nice and arrived in good shape. I used a few right away for a little project I’d been putting off, so that felt like a small win. Happy with them overall and definitely worth the money for me.
